How does the free trial and subscription work?+
Ruckus includes a 2-week free trial. Monthly is $1.99/month and Annual is $19.99/year. Your trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and are charged to your Apple Account.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?+
Open the Settings tab in Ruckus and tap “Manage Subscription,” or go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Canceling stops future renewals — you keep access until the current period ends.
I already subscribed but Ruckus is asking me to pay again.+
Tap “Restore” on the paywall to re-sync your subscription. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you originally subscribed with.
Why does Ruckus need location and health access?+
Location is used only while a ruck is in progress, to map your route and measure distance — it stops the moment you finish. Apple Health access is optional: we read heart rate and body weight to sharpen calories and zones, and can save your finished rucks as workouts. We never use this data for ads.
How do I delete my account and data?+
In Ruckus, go to Settings → Manage Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data from our servers.
Does Ruckus work without signal?+
Yes. Rucks track fully offline and sync automatically once you’re back online.
